Restaurant Panorama Lihn — Panoramastrasse 28, 8757 Filzbach, Switzerland

We've been seated at the terasse , the table was broke, actually we cannot touch it because it was very unstable. After we wait almost 45 min for the waitress ( 10 other guest besides us) The online menu is look very good but the reality is different, we've been told they have a New menu with all together 9-10 items on it.The menu was fixed with tape in to the book . Another 30 min when the waitress returned for our order. We ordered Hugo, what was not fresh at all, no CO2 in it. The steak was not eatable, like a rubber and taste very disgusting, deffo not fresh meat the vegetable was not cooked and the other half not fresh. We left everything there, and end of it they treated us quite arogan when we complained. For all of this payed 150....

The Älpermagronen were bathing in a layer of oil, and the waiter was quite pushy, asking again and again if we wanted another drink. The panorama is pretty though.
