Always a great place. Either for their famous asparagus or for a 'Kotelett', both are very good. Don't forget to plan for the dessert 😋
My family and I were searching for an authentic farm restaurant dining experience and we certainly found it at this gem of a find. The place has a rustic country farm setting complete with free range chicken and a farm dog running around. We had the chicken liver as well as pork cordon bleu with rosti and it was authentic, home cooked goodness. The host and chef-owner were warm and hospitable, seeing to our every need. Come and dine here for that unique farm dining experience you have always wanted, topped up with true Swiss generosity. It’s 3 thumbs from my family of 3!

Asparagus enjoyment at its finest! We ate at the Obermühle Flaach today – and were absolutely thrilled! The white asparagus was cooked to perfection: tender, aromatic, and wonderfully fresh. We particularly want to highlight the homemade mayonnaise – simply world-class! We've never tasted it this good anywhere else. Along with classic side dishes like ham and potatoes, everything was perfectly matched. The ambiance in the old mill is charming and cozy, the service warm and attentive. A place where you feel welcome – and definitely want to come back. A true highlight of the asparagus season!
