We cannot recommend this gorgeous hotel more. We have had the most wonderful trip and this hotel will hold a very special place in our hearts. The location and views are spectacular. We arrived at 4pm, grabbed a drink from the honesty bar and sat on the patio just soaking in the gorgeous views! The room was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we could need - shampoo, conditioner, moisturisers, slippers etc. Breakfast was 10/10 every day, we really enjoyed the food and having a coffee in front of the mountains before starting our day. The staff are what make this place truly special, they could not have done more for us and booked us a fantastic meal at Barry’s in town when we asked for recommendations. They also have everything you could need which came in helpful when my adapter plug didn’t work. We also loved popping into the lounge/honesty bar for a drink before heading into town for dinner. The buses run frequently outside of the hotel and just further down the road so you can very easily get everywhere from the hotel if you don’t have a car. We did do the walk down the hill a few times which is not for the faint hearted as it is very steep! We are already planning to visit in the summer months and this will definitely be a hotel we come back to! Thank you for everything❤️
This hotel is amazing! The views of the mountains from the Mountain View room are spectacular (see video below), the staff is extremely friendly - always helping with recommendations and calling restaurants for reservations, and the breakfast is delicious. Such a relaxed and cozy vibe, while the rooms are modern and updated with comfy beds! They were also extremely accommodating of a gluten allergy at breakfast! Will absolutely stay here any time we are in Grindelwald
We spent 3 nights at the Boutique Hotel Panorama. We truly enjoyed it. Lovely and very clean hotel, also nicely located. The view from the terasse is unbelievable. Very good breakfast and the complimentary coffee is a huuuge plus 😁 Personel was very friendly. Highly recommended!
As the name implies, panoramic views as soon as you wake up. Even from the bathroom the mountains are right there, great scenic views. Excellent breakfast and complementary coffee, mulled wine in the evenings and personal service that is genuine and thoughtful. Easy to take the frequent buses or walk the panoramic road up to the hotel from the center.
5 stars isn’t enough for how absolutely perfect this place is! Everything from the location to the incredible staff was just amazing and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Every member of staff was so lovely but Katy in particular was super chatty and helpful and so so nice to speak to. The breakfast was gorgeous, views from the room were amazing and the hotel is in a perfect spot - out of the way from the centre so it’s lovely and quiet, but also super easy to walk down into the centre or get the bus from two stops close by. 1000/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back 🤗💕
I'm not normally one to write reviews, but had to for this place! My husband and I visited for a birthday trip in February 2026 and had an incredible time - the views of Eiger from our hotel balcony were amazing (even during the snowstorm!), all of the hotel staff were incredibly warm and personal, and the hotel lounge / lobby area was perfect for travelers - a coffee bar, a really thoughtful + yummy breakfast bar in the mornings (included with the room) and plenty of space to spread out, play games, and read (which was perfect for us as the weather was cold and snowy at night). The location is about a 20 minute walk from downtown, but very easy to access with the bus system and nice to be a bit secluded from the busy village. Wish we could've stayed longer - we can't wait to come back!
