Non possiamo raccomandare di più questo splendido hotel. Abbiamo trascorso un viaggio meraviglioso e questo hotel occuperà un posto molto speciale nei nostri cuori. La posizione e i panorami sono spettacolari. Siamo arrivati alle 16:00, abbiamo preso un drink al bar self-service e ci siamo seduti nel patio semplicemente godendoci le splendide viste! La camera era stupenda e completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: shampoo, balsamo, creme idratanti, pantofole ecc. La colazione era 10/10 ogni giorno, abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo e preso un caffè di fronte alle montagne prima di iniziare la giornata. Il personale è ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale, non avrebbero potuto fare di più per noi e ci hanno prenotato un pasto fantastico da Barry's in città quando abbiamo chiesto consigli. Hanno anche tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno e che mi è stato utile quando il mio adattatore non funzionava. Ci è piaciuto anche fare un salto nel lounge/bar self-service per un drink prima di andare in città per la cena. Gli autobus passano frequentemente fuori dall'hotel e appena più in fondo alla strada, quindi puoi facilmente arrivare ovunque dall'hotel se non hai la macchina. Abbiamo fatto la passeggiata giù per la collina alcune volte, il che non è per i deboli di cuore perché è molto ripido! Stiamo già programmando di visitarlo nei mesi estivi e questo sarà sicuramente un hotel in cui torneremo! Grazie di tutto❤️
Questo hotel è fantastico! La vista sulle montagne dalla camera Mountain View è spettacolare (guarda il video sotto), il personale è estremamente cordiale, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli e chiamare i ristoranti per prenotare, e la colazione è deliziosa. Un'atmosfera così rilassata e accogliente, mentre le camere sono moderne e aggiornate con letti comodi! Erano anche estremamente accomodanti per un'allergia al glutine a colazione! Torneremo assolutamente qui ogni volta che saremo a Grindelwald
Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti al Boutique Hotel Panorama. Ci è davvero piaciuto. Hotel incantevole e molto pulito, anche ben posizionato. La vista dalla terrazza è incredibile. La colazione era molto buona e il caffè gratuito è un vantaggio enorme? Il personale era molto cordiale. Altamente raccomandato!
As the name implies, panoramic views as soon as you wake up. Even from the bathroom the mountains are right there, great scenic views. Excellent breakfast and complementary coffee, mulled wine in the evenings and personal service that is genuine and thoughtful. Easy to take the frequent buses or walk the panoramic road up to the hotel from the center.
5 stars isn’t enough for how absolutely perfect this place is! Everything from the location to the incredible staff was just amazing and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Every member of staff was so lovely but Katy in particular was super chatty and helpful and so so nice to speak to. The breakfast was gorgeous, views from the room were amazing and the hotel is in a perfect spot - out of the way from the centre so it’s lovely and quiet, but also super easy to walk down into the centre or get the bus from two stops close by. 1000/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back 🤗💕
I'm not normally one to write reviews, but had to for this place! My husband and I visited for a birthday trip in February 2026 and had an incredible time - the views of Eiger from our hotel balcony were amazing (even during the snowstorm!), all of the hotel staff were incredibly warm and personal, and the hotel lounge / lobby area was perfect for travelers - a coffee bar, a really thoughtful + yummy breakfast bar in the mornings (included with the room) and plenty of space to spread out, play games, and read (which was perfect for us as the weather was cold and snowy at night). The location is about a 20 minute walk from downtown, but very easy to access with the bus system and nice to be a bit secluded from the busy village. Wish we could've stayed longer - we can't wait to come back!
