I stayed here for 2 nights in Janurary. It’s the best location for a hotel in grindelwald. It’s like 10 meters from the train station and literally outside the door of the hotel is where all the buses for sledding skiing are . It couldn’t have a better location. I was given an upgrade to a double room with Mountain View and a balcony. The bed was comfortable, all very clean and the room had an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was ok but I’ve had much better elsewhere . The hotel staff are very accommodating allowing luggage to me left in luggage room when check in and out times don’t run with your trains. So very accommodating overall .
The hotel is in a great location right next to the train station and bus station, the bedrooms and breakfast was average. The staff on the reception was very helpful. It just quite expensive for what you get, but that’s the same and only the other places.
Excellent location, right by the train station and the bus terminal. Supermarket (coop) is just across the street. Parking at CHF 12 per night, behind the hotel.||Small room but adequate. Breakfast variety is not large but good enough.||I will 100% recommend this hotel.
One of best hotel at Grindelwald. Location is excellent, just 1 min walk from train station., and coop supermarket nearby and many restaurants around. The room is clean and comfortable with great Mountain View.
A truly charming and lovely hotel! The location is perfect, the views are breathtaking, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My room was cozy and clean, and the daily breakfast was a great. Highly recommend for a perfect stay in Grindelwald!
Stayed at this property for 5 nights. Very strategically located, close to the train station and bus station. With all stores close by. And not to forget the most amazing view of the Eiger. Special thanks to Elias who allowed us an early check in and also upgraded us to a family room. Also Karina was always smiling and ready to help at the lovely breakfast spread every morning.
