Amazing customer service for ski rentals. Staff is very friendly and flexible to accommodate even when booking rentals from another InterSport store. Very glad they let us store our winter boots during our ski day rental. Tip-top!
Super friendly staff helped us with our e-mountainbike rentals (Mondraker brand) and then figured out a bike route that suited our level. We rented the bikes for 4 hours, but there is also an option to rent for the day.
Rented skis and poles. They have latest new model for rent and stuff were very kind. I went other rental places but they had older model saving 20% was not worth. They have many other locations so i could change ski if I did not like one rented. I would go back to this store if I go skiing in Switzerland

I rented my skis for 5 days at Graf and had one of the best services from Danny and Annalize. My skis were either stolen or taken by mistake on the mountain. Both of them were very comforting and tried their best to make sure this would not ruin the rest of my vacation. I was given another pair of skis right away! I hope that the skis were just mistakenly taken and would be returned. Excellent service, Danny and Annalize!
DONT GET YOUR SKIES SERVIED HERE!!! I paid 110 CHF the first time and the to say it out right messed it up 3 times where the ski wasn’t serviced as it was supposed to be. Then I get a voucher for a free ski service which is fine, but when I go to use it, the don’t do a proper service, not even the small scratches underneath are filled… I then tell one of the employees this and she basically just replies this is what you get if you pay more we can fill do it right…. I was very disappointed and now I need to go somewhere else to get a proper service! Sad that I can’t give 0 stars…
