When I went to pick up a washing machine I had ordered online, a friendly employee informed me that it was not in stock. He was aware of the misleading situation where, despite the listing indicating the item was ready for pickup, it wasn't actually available because the display model was also included in the inventory. He said this was a known issue. When I, as the customer, handle the selection, ordering, and payment myself, the retailer's inventory overview should be accurate.
Very friendly and professional advice from Mr. Shahini, which I highly recommend. I needed a new glass ceramic and got a used one, in mint condition, for almost half the price. Thank you for the honest sale, and I hope to snag another bargain soon.😃 …

Once again, an excellent experience at Fust! We have been customers of the Heimberg store for years and have always been received with great friendliness and competence. The advice is personalized and professional, and the after-sales service is exemplary. That's why we always come back!
We had a problem with our coffee machine, which we bought from Fust nine months ago. The warranty claim was rejected due to limescale damage, even though the salesperson in Heimberg assured us that regularly changing the Brita filters made descaling unnecessary. The slogan "Fust – and it works" unfortunately doesn't apply in our case. The inadequate advice and service are disappointing. Fust offered CHF 100 for the repair, which would have cost CHF 256. We're sending the machine back unrepaired and will avoid Fust in the future. We'll buy our next coffee machine online. I received a response to my review, but I haven't received any replies to my emails. So much for "we'll learn from this." It's easy enough to just type up that standard text. I'm glad there are other suppliers besides Fust. I've never experienced such customer-unfriendly service as Fust.
