I'll remove the star rating right away... otherwise I can't write anything here! Call to the hotline... I had a much harsher message, but I thought okay, I'll tone it down a bit. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life!!! That's the kind of treatment you give a customer! Take it or leave it!! Not a single word was said about the customer's wishes and needs. Just brushed it off with "I can't," "I don't know," "it's not possible." On hold, they drone on and on about how great their service is... blah blah blah. Maybe 800 CHF is too little, though 🤔? If I don't cater to the wishes and needs of my guests in my restaurant... I'd like my steak cooked medium-rare without onions, and I do the exact opposite, well-done with onions, and then say "I can't," "I don't know," "it's not possible," I might as well lock my door tomorrow, but from the inside! You can only do that if you're a big guy! This is beyond sad! That the appreciation for the customer = 0! That's the LAST purchase I made from F(r)ust, not even a battery anymore Recebi uma mensagem bastante dura, mas pensei: "Ok, you moderar um pouco o tom". O pior atendimento que ja recebi na vida!!! This means that it is the final result of the client! É comer ou morrer!! The client's designs and requirements should not be foram abordados numa única palavra. Simplesmente argumentaram com: "Não posso, não sei, não é possível". Well, you get the flux of constant conversations between the two and the serviço... bla, bla, bla. Talvez 800 francos suíços seja pouco demais? It doesn't correspond to the desejos e necessidades dos meus clients no meu restaurante... Gostaria de bife sem cebola, e mal passado, e faço o contrario, bem passado e com cebola, e depois digo: "Não posso, não sei, não é possível". Posso trancar a porta amanhã, mas por dentro! I bought my combination steamer some time ago at the Fust branch in Thun and was very satisfied with the service even then. Yesterday I had an emergency, called the branch, and they helped me. A very friendly and helpful team. Thank you so much!
Our Fust washing machine gave up the ghost after 11 years. The two technicians, Mr. Markovic and Mr. Jenzer, were very friendly and competent, and we are very satisfied. For us, Fust is the only choice.
The service was excellent and the staff friendly! I wanted to reorder a plug, which would have taken several days. However, they remembered they might have one in stock, and the problem was solved immediately! Thank you for the refreshingly uncomplicated approach!
