I contacted them by phone. Since I wasn't understood (which I can understand due to my language difficulties), they asked me to send my request by email. When I followed up by email a week later, I received no reply, and even after a second email, nothing came of it. After I was able to discuss my issue with another notary (by phone), I withdrew my order from them. I received a response almost immediately, thanking me for my reply. Well, they've lost four clients.
