In October 2025, I requested a quote for a sectional garage door from Minder AG. The responsible representative came to my home and took all the measurements. I also visited Huttwil in person, and we finalized the details. When I inquired about the door's status eight weeks later, nothing had been done, apparently because one detail was still unclear. So I cancelled the order. Fortunately, I found a suitable used garage door shortly afterward.

Between February 23rd and 26th, 2023, I submitted a quality complaint to Ms. Minder by telephone and email. I received an answer that my complaint would be forwarded to Mr. Schütz (co-owner, member of the management, head of sales) for processing. After 2 weeks I still didn't receive a call back and I contacted Ms. Minder again. Once again I was put off by saying that my concerns would be passed on to Mr. Schütz. Weeks passed and there was no call back from Minder Torbau. I had to contact Minder Torbau repeatedly by phone (May 10, 2023) and this time the lady on the phone knew nothing...!! On June 6th!!! I received an email from Mr. Schütz. In this email, Mr. Schütz put me off by saying that normal wear and tear and the age of the gate were the cause of my complaint. It took him over 4 months to answer this!!!! This email shows how unprofessional Mr. Schütz works. The gate in question was installed in week 3 / 2018, Mr. Schütz claims that Minder Torbau installed my gate in January 2017 (groundbreaking date September 2017!?) I replied to Mr. Schütz's email on June 6th and am still waiting for his response today! I don't expect any more answers from Mr. Schütz. Customer service and competence are probably not his strengths! The services have always been carried out very satisfactorily, but this credit belongs solely to the technicians! In the future I will not use this company again and will advise everyone against it. Thank you very much, Mr Schütz Mr Gulizia

I would give this company negative stars if I could. Unfortunately, that's not an option. Their communication style is extremely poor. Fault reports submitted via email are generally ignored. Even repeated follow-ups don't elicit a response. As a result, resolving a problem can take weeks or even months. It's a shame. The gates themselves are good, but the service is unusable.
