Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with this company... Despite the handover guarantee... They cleaned three times, and on the third attempt, I had to clean it myself (see picture, one of the mess). The landlady eventually accepted it, but I was too embarrassed to hand over the apartment in that condition. There was no price reduction because I had to arrange appointments with the landlady twice. The only positive thing... They were always nice... This was my first time using an apartment cleaning company; next time, I'll take more time to choose one. Now I have no other option but to pay the bill 🤷🏿♀️.
