Don't ever come here. The employee of this store sold me a second-hand phone without asking me. The battery can only be used for a very short time and there is no after-sales service. I don't understand why they can't replace it if there is no damage in two weeks. I suggest you check the surveillance footage on the afternoon of August 15th. I have the right to question whether this Indian employee has defrauded me. When I bought the phone, he didn't allow me to check anything on the phone and his attitude was very bad. Today I called and asked and they recommended another place to repair my phone. I am very dissatisfied with this. I demand a new phone and will complain to my superiors.

Very bad. The young man lied to me, saying i would get cheaper abo at sunrise and that the quality was the same as swisscom. Now i have slow internet, i cant have no spotify because i have to wait 3 months and only after that maybee it changes. Now im stuck with this for 2 years if i dont want to pay the phone rightaway. Probably this young kid or mobilezone get some % by each new contract and the clients, well, who cares right? Mobile zone never again. As soon as i can i will go back to swisscom

It used to be my favorite phone store in Interlaken. I had five contracts there, (three of which still active with my family). Now there are new employees, very arrogant and scammers. They are also incapable of communication. Horrible.
