I've been struggling with getting my purchase refunded as the quality of the product in not satisfactory and I had to return it for reparation. Even if they've sent a brand new one, I am still not happy with it and confident that this product is not up to the quality I expect. Instead of just getting my purchase refunded , The customer service they just refused it and redirect me to the manufacturer. That is just something that doesn't make sens , what would be the added value of Interdiscount then ? just selling things without any customer service and let people stuck with it if the quality is not good. After what happened with me in this case, I definitely avoid any purchase either me or anyone from my family. I am really disappointed about how all this case has been handled , it is like a ping pong between the shop, customer service and the manufacturer. Cherry on the cake, I have few version from the call cernter, and first two calls, they confirmed that there is no issue and I can get it refunded

Limitted goods in store. If u want to see and feel the product they might have to order it. Suggest to go to bigger store or Media Markt.
