Worst client service ever. Impossible to get estimated delivery dates for an ipad ordered online 10 days ago. Coop is an official retailer. I have asked for a cancellation. Since they refuse to reply and provide alternative solutions such as obtaining the product from any of their physical stores, I will have to get the transaction blocked on my credit card. One advice; dont order online.

The seller's motivation was anything but a positive shopping experience. Customer service made it even worse. They didn't take the issue seriously. I will never buy anything from ID again.
The worst thing about their customer service is that I bought a washing machine. The plumber who connected it to my water supply said it was faulty. I've been trying to reach them for 40 days, and they're always on hold. The department is looking into the problem, but nothing is being done! I will never buy anything from them again!
