We waited over six months for a quote for a heat pump. We inquired by email and phone. We received no response or constant excuses. Today we cancelled and received an indifferent reply ("I acknowledge it"). I am very disappointed with Frei AG.
The company Frei AG was commissioned to re-grout our shower. This work was completed. When we used the shower again after the prescribed drying time, every single grout line crumbled into sand. Frei AG redid the entire job. This time the grout held. However, all our chrome trim was scratched. When we asked Frei AG to inspect the damage, they told us that we had probably caused the damage ourselves. We find this unacceptable, as we are 100% certain that the damage was not there beforehand. To top it all off, they tried to charge us for both jobs! We cannot recommend Frei AG.
I had my boiler descaled by the company Frei. I was satisfied with the work itself, as far as I could tell. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the bill. €700 for descaling a boiler is, in my opinion, too much. When I inquired about the breakdown of the bill, I was treated very rudely. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company.
I received very friendly and competent advice over the phone. Unfortunately, an appointment couldn't be arranged because I mistakenly called the wrong Kirchberg, and it would have been too far away. Despite my mistake, the lady remained very kind and helpful. I can highly recommend her!
The offer hasn't arrived after more than 6 months. I called several times to inquire, but was always given the runaround. The response was unfriendly.
