Requested over night dangerous goods, Delivery took 5 days to arrive, with a massive bill. To top it all off they charged us an extra 3 hours, as their delivery driver arrived 3 hours early at Heathrow, so an extra £120.00 was charged on top. When we tried to explain how we were not happy with their service, and would like some cost recouped; they only agreed to deduct there additional charge from their driver arriving early.
Terrible service. They first confirmed they could do it, then delayed for three weeks and finally told us to look for someone else.
Fast, helpful, and competent. A freight forwarder can only work as well as the information the customer provides.
The tracking number took 10 days to issue and is inaccurate. But to make matters worse, the wrong goods were delivered. The contents of one box were deliberately switched in transit! Stay away!!
No tracking view, month waiting time, no call, no package.
Definitely not recommended. Just trouble and excuses… That's not what competence looks like 😢 …
