An amazing team that works hand in hand to provide the best service I have ever seen. If you look for a place where service, kindness, quality and durability is placed above policies, look no further. And their products are amazing and can me maintained across generations. Would ride 2 micro scooters at once if I could.
This place is amazing. My 6 year old has a micro scooter that he loves and has ridden all over Europe for the past two years. Finally, after many, many miles, the brake snapped. Fortunately, we happened to be in Bern when it happened, so we came up to see if they could fix it. It was better than ever in five minutes! And the staff were just great. We'll definitely return when we're ready to size up :)
Very friendly and understanding staff. Lots of cute/cool/crazy accessories, boards, platforms, etc to look at. Two e-cars out front too (want to take one home!!!)
Definitely a must visit place for micro fans! The shop manager is very kind with details and a pleasure to talk with 😇 …
This is the kind of brand where "Swiss Made" label refers to higher price not quality. The only reason I decided for expensive Micro E-Scooters was the expected Swiss quality... Unfortunately after experience with 3 e-scooters (2x Condor II and Explorer) I have nothing but bad experience. It all started in the store where the lady basically lied to me (or she has no clue about the products she's selling) and followed with all scooters starting to fall apart - some pieces of explorer scooter just fell off during the ride (nothing important, just the plastic covering screws, but still lame for this price), then later lights stopped working, on one scooter front brake started to cause issues (one out of about 6 brake pulls just did a funny noise but didn't start braking - kinda dangerous in hilly Zurich) and on another the accelartion stick broke. And all this only after few months of using for 2-3 commute rides a week. When we brought scooters to the store for repair we got told to don't be surprised if we "use it".... so apparently these scooters are just meant as a decoration. Not to mention Condor II can be only controlled by phone while the design of phone holder together with the app makes no sense as the buttons on the app are perfectly covered by the rubber of the phone holder. When we told them they simply said "yes we are aware. Designers were informed"... really perfect... premium price, horrible quality, horrible service. Can't even express the disappointment of all this.
Flagship store with large selection, I think pretty much all models. Very knowledgeable staff, not only they support you with great recommendations, but also they give you the time to contemplate as much as you want (including taking photos of the product). Lastly with my purchase they gave me a discount coupon in case maintenance/servicing is needed. They speak great English as well.
