The apartment is very functional and with well equipped kitchen. it is quality built and clean and with very good noise cancellation. we defensively will come back, if we are in this area. We like the self service concept and opening the doors by mobile phone, but could be problematic for some people. Proving body wash for free will be nice.

Good: Room size (studio for 1-5 adults), clean, easy check in. Bad: the bathroom shower area separation hardly exist in the floor, hence after every shower it will be a flood inside the bathroom and eventually into the rooms as well. Despite booking one of the largest rooms and paying more we ended up spending time sweeping the water in the bathroom 😩. When we complained about this they don’t appear to be concerned or take any action to change our room. Evasively said it’s a construction problem can’t do anything now. So if anyone wants to take shower better don’t book this hotel. The laundry is another mess - takes 5 hrs for one round and you will never understand how the coin system and the actual machine are synchronized. In short, we spent most of our vacation time sorting out these two issues.

First accommodation during my solo trip to Switzerland. I really liked the self-service concept, especially for an introvert like me. It was perfect. Access was quick and easy, and I really did have everything I needed. I'll definitely come back! Small cons : It didn't bother me too much, but at times it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on an asphalt table. But after a while I got used to it and slept well. 👍

The electric curtain automatically went up at night and cannot be closed!!! Definitely not recommend if you want some privacy. No show gel or shampoo. The room smells bad.

We arrived and the room was not ready, had to wait for one hour sitting on the hallway floor, while staff tried to sort it out. The room is clean, but very basically furnished, basic IKEA. The bed linen feels like sandpaper, the mattress are very thin. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed against one another, with the barren bed frame between them. The shower is good, but no toiletries are available. The location is next to a highway exit, with the constant buzz of cars coming through the window. Expect a level like an IBIS Budget or Formula one hotel… A step up from a hostel, but not much more. Nothing to do around the hotel either, you have to get public transportation or car to do anything. Your best bet is the small Zoo or going down to Arth (30 min by public transportation) for a dip on the lake.
