El apartamento es muy funcional y con cocina bien equipada. Tiene una construcción de calidad, está limpio y tiene muy buena cancelación de ruido. Nosotros, defensivamente, volveremos si estamos en esta zona. Nos gusta el concepto de autoservicio y abrir las puertas mediante el teléfono móvil, pero puede resultar problemático para algunas personas. Probar gel de baño gratis será bueno.

Bueno: Tamaño de la habitación (estudio para 1-5 adultos), limpieza y registro fácil. Lo malo: la separación del área de la ducha del baño apenas existe en el piso, por lo que después de cada ducha habrá una inundación dentro del baño y eventualmente también en las habitaciones. A pesar de reservar una de las habitaciones más grandes y pagar más, terminamos pasando tiempo barriendo el agua del baño 😩. Cuando nos quejamos de esto, no parecen preocuparse ni tomar ninguna medida para cambiar nuestra habitación. Evasivamente dijo que es un problema de construcción y que ahora no se puede hacer nada. Entonces, si alguien quiere ducharse, es mejor que no reserve este hotel. La lavandería es otro desastre: toma 5 horas para una ronda y nunca entenderás cómo se sincronizan el sistema de monedas y la máquina real. En resumen, pasamos la mayor parte de nuestras vacaciones resolviendo estas dos cuestiones.
First accommodation during my solo trip to Switzerland. I really liked the self-service concept, especially for an introvert like me. It was perfect. Access was quick and easy, and I really did have everything I needed. I'll definitely come back! Small cons : It didn't bother me too much, but at times it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on an asphalt table. But after a while I got used to it and slept well. 👍
The electric curtain automatically went up at night and cannot be closed!!! Definitely not recommend if you want some privacy. No show gel or shampoo. The room smells bad.
We arrived and the room was not ready, had to wait for one hour sitting on the hallway floor, while staff tried to sort it out. The room is clean, but very basically furnished, basic IKEA. The bed linen feels like sandpaper, the mattress are very thin. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed against one another, with the barren bed frame between them. The shower is good, but no toiletries are available. The location is next to a highway exit, with the constant buzz of cars coming through the window. Expect a level like an IBIS Budget or Formula one hotel… A step up from a hostel, but not much more. Nothing to do around the hotel either, you have to get public transportation or car to do anything. Your best bet is the small Zoo or going down to Arth (30 min by public transportation) for a dip on the lake.
