Came for dinner. We were ignored for a long time before we were finally seated. The old white male host/manager with the buzzcut and goatee seemed absolutely livid that we came. He was unnecessarily rude and looked at his watch and threw up his arms in disgust that we arrived when we did. I didn’t seem him react like this when other customers arrived to the restaurant after us. I think he reacted in this way because we weren’t Caucasian (racist alert). Then we were ignored at the table for a long time. Waitress seemed nice, she was really busy and was having to work too many tables. We ordered the half chicken, French fries, & spaghetti carbonara. Spaghetti was like what you would expect from Olive Garden. So disappointing compared to Italy. The chicken & fries were pretty good. Like McDonald’s fries that stay crunchy. Overall the food was pretty good and the waitress (Florencia) was nice. But the male host was horrid.
We had an amazing time. The room was phenomenal, very comfortable and lots of natural light. The location was perfect, across from the terminal. I traveled with my mother and we always felt safe. People are very helpful. We had breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing and the service spectacular. The view is breathtaking!!
Santiago was excellent as a waiter and the food was delicious. We sat outside and had a wide variety of music that anyone could find enjoyable eventually through the night. Would definitely come back again for the ambiance, delicious meal, and service!
A hot meal and what a special one! We’re vegetarian and they had plenty of vegetarian options , radish risotto, perfect balance of cheese and pungency , delectable spaghetti & the world’s best gnocchi , hearty shareable portions , flavorful and yum! We were 4 people but 3 mains were filling , Must visit for a hearty Italian meal 🥂
We arrived at Pasta and More really hungry after a long hike, and pasta was exactly what we needed to fuel our bodies. We were so happy that the food turned out to be delicious—it was worth all the tiredness once we got to enjoy a good meal afterwards. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and a big plus for the food arriving so quickly. The service was not good and the food was equally bad. We ordered wine, water and the Spaghetti served in the Parmesan wheel. It clearly stated that it will be served table side but the spaghetti arrived in the plate without the promised spectacle. The cheese was hard as the plate arrived almost cold. I ordered with truffles (for 39 SFR), the truffle flakes had no taste at all and was very thin. The water never arrived and was charged on the bill. We are not coming back.
