I had a broken firebrick that wasn't quite square at the edges. Mr. Kocher did an excellent job of replicating it for me. It fits perfectly in the oven. The price is also very good. I'll definitely be back if I have another problem :)
The quality of the materials is very good, and the work is well done. However, I had a small problem with the damage, and it was difficult to discuss the matter with them regarding the insurance claim. It was important to agree with them on who would pay in the event of damage. (The case was eventually resolved.)
