I recently visited your store for a consultation. Unfortunately, we were served by a woman with short hair who was very unfriendly and disrespectful. She also gave us several incorrect or insufficient answers. We were particularly disappointed by her statement: "Everyone who comes here already knows what they want." Such a tone is neither customer-oriented nor respectful in our opinion. We were not only disappointed but also very dissatisfied with the entire experience. Please review whether this meets your standards of customer service. Under these circumstances, we will unfortunately not be returning. You don't even deserve one star.

I contacted the garage with a major problem with my scooter. Robin Bucher greeted me warmly. I explained my suspicion that the steering was faulty. He was understanding and promised help. I left the scooter there for four weeks while I was on vacation. Nothing was actually done during that time. I visited several times, and the senior manager seemed rather indifferent. Nothing was done, not even balancing the tires, despite my request. After I complained to Ysmaha Switzerland, Hostettler adjusted the wheel alignment, which was incorrect. After picking up my scooter from Bucher, I noticed a scratch. I contacted them by email with before and after photos, but after two weeks, I still haven't received a response. That's what I call customer service! Never again!
