I deeply regret to inform you that what initially seemed like a promising and enjoyable experience quickly turned into a disappointing one. At first, I was thrilled with the watch band and believed it marked the beginning of a great relationship with the company. However, my excitement was short-lived when I found myself completely ignored for almost 10 days. Although the watch itself is of excellent quality, I encountered a setback when I couldn't get the second band that comes with the limited edition watch, as it was not available at the watch fair where I made the purchase. We did manage to agree on an alternative band, and I explicitly requested them to note down this choice to avoid any confusion later on. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to ensure clarity, they ended up sending a completely different band that does not match the watch I own. This left me disappointed and frustrated. When I attempted to reach out to them to rectify the situation, I was met with silence, which only added to my disappointment. I truly wished it wouldn't come to this, but regrettably, it did. It's disheartening to encounter such issues after having high hopes for a positive experience.

A wonderful shopping experience: I called the day before, arranged an appointment with Ms. Bernhardt (International Commercial Administrator), drove there, and was shown the watches I wanted in a very friendly and patient atmosphere. I selected the perfect, fantastic watch (Worldmaster Art Deco Automatic), had the strap adjusted, was personally greeted by the CEO, Fredi Bickel, paid, and left as a highly satisfied customer... and I'll be back!
