Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the company and cannot recommend Aerowatch as a watchmaker. It all started when my wife ordered a pocket watch from Aerowatch. She gave me this watch as a wedding gift a few weeks later. The watch was beautiful and I was thrilled. The following day I wore the watch directly and after only a few hours the pointer was loose in the watch, see pictures. Disappointed by the quality we went to the support of Aerowatch. A return of the watch was rejected directly, with the justification that our 7-day return policy had already expired. A repair of the watch was offered with costs. Only if the fallen off hand is due to a manufacturing defect, Aerowatch will pay the repair costs. We had to take care of the return shipment including the customs declaration ourselves and we also had to pay the postage. A big impudence. Customer oriented looks different. After a few weeks we got the watch back without comment. The hand was repaired and the repair costs were not charged. For us, the admission of a manufacturing error. On closer inspection, however, we now noticed scratches on the glass and the back of the watch. There were also small hairs and particles inside the watch. The watch came back more broken than we sent it, see pictures. We tried to contact support again and sent them the pictures of the watch. Their answer was that the watch must have suffered a shock, which is why the hand fell off and that we must have caused the scratches while wearing it. We are appalled by the unfriendly way they treated us. This is not customer oriented. Rather customer unfriendly. Our disappointment is deep and we can only advise everyone to keep their hands off this company. If at some point something is with the product, you get no good help, but rather reproaches and accusations. I would like to emphasize again: The pocket watch is beautiful. No question about it. But it is an indictment of a watchmaker when the hand falls off the first time it is worn. Think twice about whether it's worth it!

I wanted to buy a watch as an anniversary gift to my wife, because I found Aerowatch aesthetically outstanding and very distinguished along with their quality ETA or Sellita movements. However, when I wrote directly to the company's email address about the payment options and security, about infos on reviews and the possibility to reserve a watch at their official dealer in Vienna, I got no reply from them. I also wrote them through their application form on Aerowatch contact website, no answer as well. And finally, when I personally went to a local watch store in Vienna (that is stated as an official dealer of Aerowatch), Hübner in Graben Street, they told me that they are not dealers and they are surprised by the fact that they are named. I don't know, maybe they were a long time ago but it is sure that the official website of Aerowatch is not correct/not updated. At the end, I am still of the opinion that this watch (specially 1942 Edition) is beautiful but they are isolated and there can be no trace of them through so-called official dealers in Vienna. Dear madam/sir of Aerowatch, Thank you for your reply and kind disposition. Unfortunately Hübner, as a named official retailer for Vienna doesn't sell at all Aerowatch (pocket watches, wrist watches, etc). After the holiday I will check another that is named as official retailer (Ernst A. Haban). Anyway congrats on beautiful and distinctive watches. Kind regards. Vedad

On a recent trip to Switzerland and Austria I purchased a Aerowatch gold plated Savonnette skeleton mechanical pocket watch. I had not heard of the company before then since they are small with outlets mainly in Switzerland. The watch is beautiful and has worked flawlessly so far.

I bought an Aerowatch Les Grandes classiques. I'm absolutely fascinated by the very, very impeccably crafted watch! Unfortunately, this model is rarely displayed in stores. I'm sure if this model is seen more often in shop windows, you'll sell even more of this fantastic watch.
