Communication with this company is a disaster. For the past week, we've been desperately trying to get an appointment to repair our blind, which is downstairs and hasn't opened for over a week. Our apartment is dark, as it's the only large window, and there's almost no light coming in. The apartment is on the 3rd floor—which means we can't do anything manually either, as we have no access from the outside. The receipt we received from the management company states "urgent" and that the matter must be addressed within two days. We were told we would be contacted, but this hasn't happened. After my partner tried to schedule an appointment three days in a row, we received an appointment for June 5th (in two weeks!!), under the pretext that the person in charge of scheduling is out of town. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. For us, it is understandable that we cannot react immediately and that there are other appointments, etc., but we do not feel taken seriously at all.
