We called in the morning, and by the afternoon our broken slatted blinds had already been repaired. Now that's what I call fast service.
After a long wait, I was not informed of any additional delivery delays. When I inquired by phone, Mr. Hadorn rudely informed me of the delay. During installation, the workers left their tools on our fabric lounge without asking. When the workers left, the entire balcony floor was covered in dirt, old electrical cables, and wall debris. The blinds were installed perfectly, but the service left much to be desired.
A sun awning that had fallen victim to an autumn storm became a problem for me because the original supplier no longer exists. Hadorn Awning Technology competently handled the problem, immediately found a perfect replacement, and installed the awning in record time. The two installers also addressed my question about protection against nesting birds in the awning boxes, quickly returned to their workshop, and half an hour later had also installed the necessary protective plates. Excellent service, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
