Today it's 14/11/2025 I've had it the most bad experience in my life in media market. I go to search for video games I didn't found what I want, I had it in my hand a migro bag and then on my way outside a store detective stopped me, he wanted to search my bag first of all when I go outside the alarm didn't ⏰️ or something but even this he still wanna search my bag I sayd no to him then my wife came and the detective sayd this is just a routine. But it's not, because before I go outside 2 young boys they go outside he didn't search them only me he wanted to search,I sayd no but he keep't asking for it. then I take all the stuff that I buy out from the bag and he sayd to me are u aggressive like this in home. I don't know that detective of media market can be that unfriendly that's my last time that I'm gonna go there he even sayd to me something in he's mother langue I think it's was albanine langue. And the best was when I came back to ask for the detective manns name so i can do a prober reclamation they didn't wanted to give me the name. He stopped me in front of everybody to embarrassed me I always was a client of mediamarkt since a long time ago but am never gonna come back.
Mr.Samuel is a very good consultant and great Customer taker. We we purchased the juicer machine.
We don't speak more than small simple sentences in German but the personnel was very helpful. The girl we spoke to first was as good in English as we were in German so she found us a colleague who spoke perfect English. At the register the cashier immediately understood we weren't fluent in German and automatically started speaking to us in perfect French. Everyone was nice and very polite.
Very good consultant Mr Samuel Pfäffli 77 years old and on the job Seems incredible passionate about his job and loves selling ac. Would recommend asking him for help.
Went in to buy a specific item, just needed someone’s help to find it. Asked someone, they directed me to a blond long haired guy with glasses. Turned to him in English, he ignored me and went to talk to the cashier. I went to another employee, but they directed me back to him because he’s the only one in this department. Went back to blond glasses guy, he was talking to another customer. I waited a few minutes by them while he ignored me. Eventually I asked if he could just direct me to where the general area of my product was and I’ll find it myself and he started yelling and scolding me about how rude I am because I’m interrupting him while with a customer. It went on for a good minute of him lecturing me about how I should have found some else etc. Even the other customer was noticeably uncomfortable with blond guys behavior. Anyway, just wanted to let you know how unprofessional and rude your employee is.
Good selection of electronics. Not always the best value. Underground paid parking. Good to look at products and has some interesting promotions from time to time.
