Absolutely appalling customer service! We contacted them about a defective sun awning on our outdoor glass roof in April 2023. They showed up for the first installation in May but didn't even have the right parts. Finally, they did the installation in mid-June, but the awning got stuck on the way up. They claimed this was normal and that it would fix itself. Fast forward a year, and the cable of the awning broke due to overuse. Now they say they can't install a new one before the end of July 2024, a whole month after we reported the problem. This is unacceptable! We can't enjoy our outdoor terrace under a glass roof in the blazing sun because of their incompetence! Edit: They managed to move the appointment from the end of July to the 11th of July...Still not amazing but I will give 3 stars for the effort.

First, the men arrived unannounced – which they probably couldn't do much about since the planning is handled by someone else. Once there, they ripped out the seedlings in the garden, destroyed the succulents, and we had to dispose of four pieces of debris that evening. We vacuumed up the metal shards we found scattered everywhere, since – as the installers knew – we have pets... My experience from four years ago wasn't any better. Back then, our blinds were reported missing for six weeks because they were simply thrown into storage instead of being repaired, and when we called to inquire, we were told: "We don't have any of your blinds here."

At the Schenker Storen reception, we received very warm and courteous service. I bought two plastic valance end caps, fitted with a screw, for my 20-year-old awning. The plastic parts had simply reached the end of their lifespan after 20 years. I was lucky they were still available.
