I was with this health insurance company a few years ago and had no problems overall. I've already paid the annual premium, but I haven't received a letter or email back. My health insurance card arrived, but I haven't received any documents related to my chosen AGRI-Smart plan. Do I have to figure out on my own what information I need to understand this plan? Or should I call during office hours to ask what to do? Is this poor customer service, or has something simply been overlooked? Time will tell.
They don't respond to my emails, communication is difficult, they raise prices without warning, I am very dissatisfied.
The first health insurance company that answered after one ring and gave me the correct information even though I don't live in the canton of Bern!! WOW!
