We had our first experience with Delegate AG a month ago and have been thrilled ever since. I'm very meticulous and particular, so it wasn't easy for me to work with someone. However, we are so satisfied with Mariane's dedication and performance that we always look forward to her being with us! Good working conditions are also very important to us, and Delegate AG certainly provides them. Many thanks to her and to Delegate AG for the truly excellent and thorough work.
Website and answering machine phone are great. Customer service and initial consultations are terrible. The initial consultations consistently conveyed a sense of unprofessionalism (poorly trained staff in customer service). The company seems to be in its infancy and exhibits typical characteristics of a very small (one-person) business that has gained customers too quickly without having time to mature. Let's see what the quality of work is like after this unfortunate start. Is standard housework (cleaning, laundry, and tidying) really worth €45/hour or not? I'm willing to revise my rating. We'll see...
Since I wasn't at all satisfied with my last cleaning company, I switched to Delegate and haven't regretted it for a second! They truly put a premium on service. The apartment is always spotless and smells amazing. It's a pleasure to come home.
