A very nice and helpful lady in the residents' registration department. Uncomplicated, understanding, and competent—this kind of service is desirable and unfortunately no longer a given these days...and I didn't even have to speak standard German.

The woman who orders a new ID card is very friendly. Even with children, she's very nice. So far, I haven't had any bad experiences with the municipality.
Family-friendly behavior or concessions regarding tax payments are completely lacking in this tax community. In my opinion, it's very conservative and too strict.
