A real disaster!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! After more than 6 weeks of waiting for a change of address to be processed, it's impossible to get any kind of turnaround time... The only message in response to our calls and emails: "For reasons beyond our control, we are currently unable to process registrations within the same timeframes as in the past." It's as if it's becoming impossible to see the light at the end of the tunnel. That's not very serious! Especially for a service that emphasizes its ISO 9001 certification for customer satisfaction. Hire more people, damn it!!!

I appreciated their service, both on the phone and in person in Moudon. They are very available and take the time to help us, understand our questions, and answer them as best they can! The gentleman at the legal helpline was a great help, answering complex questions that allowed me to move forward with the restructuring of my company. I should mention that I contacted a lawyer for help, and he wasn't able to answer my questions as well as this person! It's a shame I don't know his name, but a big thank you to him!
