Stay away! We wanted to use a local company, but they charged us for 40 minutes of travel time (3200 meters). Their explanation: it's a standard flat rate. I'm truly disappointed with the entire service from Welte Leo AG. We had a clogged sink (hair). Two technicians came and were finished in 5-10 minutes; they even contacted me to ask if they could come earlier. When I contacted the company to dispute the bill (CHF 150), I was optimistic, but the only response I received was that we were receiving a special discount and nothing could be done about it. Ms. Welte refused to discuss it further and simply hung up.
Today, Welte Leo AG came to our house. They flushed the pipes in our kitchen and bathrooms. It was very interesting to see the difference before and after. Now everything is working perfectly again. We also discovered that seals had been installed incorrectly in two places… We can't figure out why or how long this had been the case. Highly recommended. P.S. The employee was very friendly and seemed very competent.
