Important criticism based on my own verifiable experiences with potential for improvement My time at this company was unfortunately not as positive as I had hoped. Some internal processes seemed uncoordinated to me, which repeatedly led to unnecessary effort in my daily work. The frequent staff turnover also made the work environment somewhat unsettled at times. Furthermore, I occasionally observed driving behavior where I would have liked to see more consideration for other road users. I hope that the company will improve these points in the future – that would certainly benefit all employees and customers.

I can only comment on the driving style of the employees. Today, a Betradi car (BE 536599) followed me again from the Flamatt motorway to Niederscherli. In Thörishaus, the driver made a dangerous overtaking maneuver in a 40 km/h zone. I've generally noticed that Betradi drivers drive very fast and recklessly. Especially since it's a transport service for people with disabilities, I don't find it very reputable.
