We worked with Daniel Meier to design and deliver our kitchen. Daniel was very thoughtful and had great advice shaping the design and respecting our style. The end result is amazing. Daniel was very flexible with last minute changes. For example all the appliances got a refresh before installation and were upgraded to the latest models. The quality of the fixtures is of very high standards and minor problems discovered on deliver were promptly fixed. I would recommend Daniel and the team for kitchens and wardrobes without hesitation!
Although the company primarily specializes in interior design, they offered me an old company vehicle for purchase. After a viewing appointment, I was assured I had some time to consider my decision. Unfortunately, this agreement was not honored – the vehicle was promptly sold to someone else. What was particularly frustrating was that I was only informed of the sale on the same day, leaving me no realistic chance to react. Such behavior strikes me as completely unreliable and untrustworthy. If you make a commitment, you should stand by it – regardless of whether it involves construction work or the sale of a vehicle.
I not only feel poorly served, but I also question the company's competence. I find it outrageous how my time and money are being handled, and I would advise everyone to avoid this company! As a customer, you should be entitled to professional and flawless workmanship—not so with Dominik Meier! Below are pictures of the brown ceramic countertop, even though we ordered a black one. Furthermore, a defect list was compiled for nothing. Several kitchen countertops were scratched—and the company no longer feels obligated to rectify the situation! This is despite a kitchen worth €40,000! Never again! I recommend Hans Eisenring!
