We bought a tree that died after 1.5 years. We bought a new tree from a different nursery, which disposed of the dead one. During disposal, it turned out that the pot only had a very small drainage hole and no liner had been placed over it, which caused the pot to become clogged. Unfortunately, we could only discover the tree's death when it was already too late. We then contacted the Kessler nursery, which offered no compensation and denied responsibility despite the evidence. Unfortunately, we received no further response despite several attempts to contact them.
