I was in the store today. The reception was incredibly unfriendly. Apparently, they don't care about their customers. The exorbitant prices for the service were outrageous. That was my first and last time there. This kind of thing is unacceptable these days. What a shame.

It's quite surprising that when you discover a VAT formality during the ordering process and point it out to Mr. Wespi, he tells you not to bother him again and cancels your order. Strange, but that's how it's written...
