Very special place to keep a boat

I was waiting for my friends to finish kite surging so we could have a beer and the owner started yelling at me and told me to leave , he was very very rude I don’t know what I did wrong but I would not be spending my money here , there is another place next to this with friendlier staff and same atmosphere
