I had made a reservation at Hotel Sörenberg but unfortunately had to cancel my travel plans at the last minute. Even though the cancellation was beyond the refund period, the hotel showed incredible generosity and understanding by waiving the charges without any hesitation. This level of customer service and kindness is rare to find and speaks volumes about how much they care about their guests. I truly appreciate their support and flexibility, and I will certainly choose Hotel Sörenberg for my future stays in the region. Highly recommended — not just for the location, but for the people behind it. Thank you again!
Arrived after a tough day cycling in the Alps and this was just what we needed. Lovely hotel, excellent friendly service and staff were very helpful. Room was cosy with lovely shower and great wifi. Had a tasty dinner also. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Got free pass for cable car the next day. Great value too!
Great hotel in a great location. The free breakfast is very good, and the restaurant has great food as well. Lastly the owners are wonderful. Can not recommend enough.
Very well located just 3 mins to Gondola and ski schule.. nice restaurant pizzas and soup were good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bus stop is 4 mins and Volg is 1 min walk from hotel. Overall great experience and worth visiting again.
