Amazing customer service, came for 2 weeks of snowboarding pricing was great and the staff were so accomodating and welcoming, offering multiple beverages whilst we wait and also offering new gear and resizing if we had any issues. I absolutely recommend, even bought new ski goggles as my experience was so nice
My sons and myself hired some equipment for our snow board trip We were all pretty new to snowboarding This place was awesome they helped select the correct equipment Even opening brand new boots and boards to fit our sizes Thank you for making our experience memorable and a positive experience Hopefully we will get back another year Keep up the great work

Wonderful experience renting a snowboard and boots! Ueli was so friendly and helpful - he really went above and beyond expected service. As a local he can tell you a lot about the area. Highly recommended, you will leave happy!
Ueli was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional in setting up a couple of beginner skiers visiting Switzerland with a pair of skis, boots, and helmet for the day. Fantastic value and great quality rental. Highly, highly recommend for ski rental or purchase in the Sörenberg area.
