This is business model based on ripping you off. They built a system that lets you drive away without paying and your get the invoice of the penalty within 7 days. Not even an reminders, no push notifications on your mobile, just an invoice with the penalty in 7 days. Anyone making business with them should be ashamed.
After providing video evidence of false parking charge, customer support responds with "sorry we are not able to open attachments more than 20 Mb". I think their customer support needs a customer support...
Beware of this company… The parking meter in Baden at the post office parking lot (near the main entrance) wasn't working and wouldn't accept any money (card). Now I've received a CHF 57 fine. I contacted the company to pay the parking fees retroactively via bank transfer, but they showed no understanding or goodwill. How is it possible that something like this happens in Switzerland? This company also operates in other countries using the same method (see Google and Trustpilot reviews). So be careful that the same thing doesn't happen to you as happened to me, even though I tried to pay the fees twice. What a disappointment…
I received a ticket because I apparently parked at the Coop in Bremgarten for 1368 hours, which makes absolutely no sense since I only parked there for 40 minutes that day and don't even live near the Coop. There's no email address or online support either. It's unbelievable that something like this is legally valid.
Migros Buchs... I shopped there for years and parked for free. I moved away... and recently went back. I was puzzled by the red and green lights... and apparently only looked at them. I missed everything else! And now... for parking a few minutes too long... a fine of 63 CHF. I'm not one of Switzerland's rich people. But you can see who gets rich there! My request for a cancellation was denied... I really just didn't see it.... In short... it's all about profit there... and there's no point in writing any explanations. It's a shame... everything's just falling apart and old people are fed up... because they can't keep up with all the modern stuff anymore.
Pfister Furniture Store in Mels: I didn't realize the parking garage was subject to a fee, having shopped there several times without buying a ticket. I thought it was free since the entrance and exit barriers are no longer there. Well, I got a 60 CHF fine for those few minutes. A Pfister employee cynically informed me that there were large signs indicating the parking fees. I only noticed them later, after receiving the fine, when I walked past the store again. Pfister Furniture Store itself occupies 3-4 floors in this building and apparently does nothing to prevent customers from falling for this scam. They're even more rude, simply referring customers to the Mobility Hub.
