Il s’agit d’un modèle commercial basé sur l’arnaque. Ils ont construit un système qui vous permet de partir sans payer et de recevoir la facture de la pénalité dans les 7 jours. Pas même de rappels, pas de notifications push sur votre mobile, juste une facture avec pénalité dans 7 jours. Quiconque fait affaire avec eux devrait avoir honte.

Méfiez-vous de cette entreprise… L'horodateur de Baden sur le parking de la poste (près de l'entrée principale) ne fonctionnait pas et n'acceptait pas d'argent (carte). Maintenant, j'ai reçu une amende de 57 CHF. J'ai contacté l'entreprise pour payer les frais de stationnement de manière rétroactive par virement bancaire, mais elle n'a fait preuve d'aucune compréhension ni bonne volonté. Comment est-il possible qu’une telle chose se produise en Suisse ? Cette société opère également dans d’autres pays en utilisant la même méthode (voir avis Google et Trustpilot). Alors faites attention à ce qu'il ne vous arrive pas la même chose qu'à moi, même si j'ai essayé de payer les frais deux fois. Quelle déception…

I received a ticket because I apparently parked at the Coop in Bremgarten for 1368 hours, which makes absolutely no sense since I only parked there for 40 minutes that day and don't even live near the Coop. There's no email address or online support either. It's unbelievable that something like this is legally valid.

Migros Buchs... I shopped there for years and parked for free. I moved away... and recently went back. I was puzzled by the red and green lights... and apparently only looked at them. I missed everything else! And now... for parking a few minutes too long... a fine of 63 CHF. I'm not one of Switzerland's rich people. But you can see who gets rich there! My request for a cancellation was denied... I really just didn't see it.... In short... it's all about profit there... and there's no point in writing any explanations. It's a shame... everything's just falling apart and old people are fed up... because they can't keep up with all the modern stuff anymore.

Pfister Furniture Store in Mels: I didn't realize the parking garage was subject to a fee, having shopped there several times without buying a ticket. I thought it was free since the entrance and exit barriers are no longer there. Well, I got a 60 CHF fine for those few minutes. A Pfister employee cynically informed me that there were large signs indicating the parking fees. I only noticed them later, after receiving the fine, when I walked past the store again. Pfister Furniture Store itself occupies 3-4 floors in this building and apparently does nothing to prevent customers from falling for this scam. They're even more rude, simply referring customers to the Mobility Hub.
