Unfortunately, this kind of service is rare these days. Even though my device was beyond repair, Isonatec went to the trouble of conducting the analysis and corresponding with me. And all of this was free of charge. Thank you very much for this service. I'll be happy to come back – but next time I'll pay the bill.

After experiencing water damage, my Sub Mini was affected. I faced the challenge of disassembling the device but was unsure of the correct procedure. In this situation, I contacted isonatec's customer service and promptly received a helpful tip that showed me the right way. I would like to sincerely thank them for their support. Fortunately, it turned out that the damage was minimal and only a small amount of water was involved.

I got my Playbar repaired by isonatec in no time at all, and for a fair fixed price. Isonatec is a modern, sustainable alternative to the ridiculously overpriced Sonos support, which only offers used replacements for defective devices. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Thank you so much!
At a boozy party, my SonoS Play 1 and its Flexson stand fell to the floor. After the drop, I noticed that the bass wasn't working optimally anymore; it was just making a rustling noise... Afterward, I started looking for a repair. My search was successful and I came across the company ISONATEC. I submitted a repair request via email, which I received a response within a day. Mr. Peter was able to explain the damage/defect to me; the bass/midrange driver was defective, and this damage could be repaired. Mr. Peter gave me a repair quote, and I then mailed it to Tübach. The repair took less than a week, including shipping. My SonoS Play 1 is working again and is ready for the next party ;-) Thank you very much, great work.
