One of the best restaurants I've ever been to: exquisite food, very friendly and competent service. The host couple greets guests personally. In this restaurant, you're not just a customer, but a guest, and it really shows. The dishes are of a very high standard, both in terms of taste and appearance; it certainly won't be our last time at the Löwen.
It's somewhat hidden away in Tübach; if I'd known about it before, I probably would have stopped by more often. There were four of us. The food was fantastic; I had pike, and what can I say? I had no idea pike could taste so good. The chef came out of the kitchen and asked if everything was alright—you don't always get that kind of attention. Since we're not in the area as often anymore, we'll be visiting less frequently, but when we do, I'll definitely come back.
