I would like to clarify that the PC I ordered and received is an excellent one. The delivery was handled very well, and the packaging was secure and protective. The only minor point I would mention is that it was difficult to reach support by phone, as there does not seem to be a dedicated phone contact. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and with what I received for around CHF 4,200. Thank you, Avlano.

❌ Stay away from Avlano – absolutely negative experience! ❌ I bought a gaming PC from Avlano for CHF 4,700. The PC arrived defective. After I sent it back, they claimed it was my fault. Then I had to wait over two months for an investigation – without a solution, without a replacement, and without any attempt at compensation. For this price, I expect quality and service, but here there is no customer service, no responsibility, and only problems. 👉 Avlano is not recommended – absolutely negative experience!
