Probably the best meal I've had in Switzerland. And the staff was so friendly!

Hirschen thoroughly deserves its Gault Millau points, as it continues to deliver an amazing culinary experience. I really enjoy trying out their innovative dishes, many of which are build around local produce (fish, meat). They even served a small white wine from the Aegeri/Kalchrain region which tasted delicious. My kids have voted their schnitzel as best in Switzerland, and can only agree. The service was excellent and very personal and friendly.
