I ate there before so I rated the food 4 stars. Not the first time I am mistreated here ... Now the management e changed but looks like the lack of politeness didnt. I understand there was a lot of people and the waiters were overwhelmed, but taking the Menu out of my hands aggressively and not taking my order because I gave the couple next to me the right to pay before was extremely rude of the long dark hair waiter. The team was too stressed and projecting their frustration in the customers. The other guy was throwing things on the tablets and garbage with a lot of anger. I left without ordering....maybe was for the best since they were very disorganized. In the Bueffnalp they are more friendly and organized. And better coffee.
Food is good for a mountain hut. We had the “Hacktätschli” and “Alpenmagronen” plus the winter salad bowl. There was a sign that caught our eye that said “Schnipo” so we tried to order that and the guy taking orders had a melt down. When we checked it was clearly a bad joke. They don’t serve that. The sign when read fully explains it. Ouch. But seriously if you don’t like people work in another industry or go hide in the woods
all self-made and super delicious! also very reasonable portions with re-fill option to minimize foodwaste! great
Good was really not good. We ordered Chilincon carne - totally tasteless; Kaiserschmarrn - more a crusted sugary sponge cake than anything like Kaiserschmarrn; ran out of spätzle so was substituted with soggy over cooked paste. Will not come back again. For 90Chf for 4 person I at least expect average food.
Very tasty oat milk cappuccino and super friendly service! Great pit stop on the way down after a days skiing with lovely views out the window!
Good restaurant for a nice ski lunch. Had the burger and fries. The fries were home made and really delicious! Can definitely recommend! Service was good as well and paying by card/contactless was no problem.
