Great service from Mr. Duman Mr. Duman was very friendly and helpful. As a student, I appreciated that he showed me a good financing option. Thanks to his advice, I bought an iMac. I felt well supported and would definitely recommend this store.
The worse MediaMarkt experience ever! I ordered a record player they had in their inventory online for the price it was advertised for (an older model that wasn't available anywhere else), they canceled my order claiming that it wasn't available anymore, only to be put for sale online few hours later with a price twice as high as the original price! An absolutely disgusting behavior for such a company! Avoid!

Mr. Luca Huber is an excellent salesperson! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Mr. Huber took the time to walk me through an important purchase for my home and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who has doubts with what is the best purchase option for their particular needs. Poor service from this stop and very rude staff. Waited for 30mins in the shop and everyone avoids helping. Never visiting Media Markt again.
