Tenía una cita para que me cambiaran los neumáticos. Después de esperar tres semanas, finalmente tuve algo de tiempo para mí. Luego me enviaron a casa sin cambiar las llantas. Sí, traje mis propios neumáticos, lo cual indiqué claramente al reservar en línea. No pedí neumáticos, sólo reservé el montaje. No quieren hacer ningún trabajo... Con mucho gusto hubiera pagado por el servicio.

Unfortunately, this company has not impressed us. We ordered four all-terrain tires at the beginning of February. The supplier still had five in stock. We were promised a notification as soon as they arrived. Nothing happened. We inquired twice and were given the runaround. Now, after our renewed inquiry, they are suddenly claiming that these tires are no longer available from the supplier and that we were misinformed. Apparently, this is what they call customer service!
