Tuvimos una estancia encantadora, tranquila y acogedora en The Derby. Como primerizos con un sistema de auto check-in, nos sorprendió gratamente lo servicial que fue el equipo: nos ayudaron en cada paso del camino, desde la reserva hasta el check-in. Todo salió bien y nuestra habitación era cómoda con una bonita vista a la montaña. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el desayuno era muy bueno. ¡Incluso nos recibió el gato del hotel, que vino a recibir algunos cabezazos y masajes! El hotel amablemente nos permitió guardar nuestro equipaje después del check-out mientras explorábamos el día. Un lugar tranquilo, alejado del bullicio y al mismo tiempo convenientemente ubicado.
Una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Derby en Interlaken Desde el principio, el servicio fue impecable y el personal siempre estuvo atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por el bienestar de los huéspedes y eso marca la diferencia. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Interlaken y sus alrededores, y el ambiente en el hotel es acogedor y tranquilo. El único pequeño inconveniente que encontré fueron las almohadas, que al principio me parecieron un poco incómodas, pero una vez que te acostumbras, en realidad están bastante bien. En definitiva, un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse si visitas Interlaken. Definitivamente regresaría. Por cierto, nos quedamos preguntándonos cómo se llama el gato. ¿Podrías decírnoslo?

The rooms were great! There is a small charming garden in the property which was very soothing. The breakfast buffet is very tasty with variety of choices. Be sure to not loose the room keys as they are wooden and the owner takes pride in being environmental conscious which is very refreshing!!
Perhaps I had higher expectations for the price but the rooms were smaller than I thought and a bit tired looking. You’re paying for the location though which is very central. There’s also limited parking available. Otherwise, all was good, clean throughout and good breakfast.
